To attend the Wellington Phoenix FC vs Brisbane Roar FC game which is being played during the Star Wars The Last Jedi Round.

Please make sure your kit is looking the goods. It's a big stage we will be on and we want to show why we are the best.

No quick fixes, no dodgy tape, no wires/mic cords hanging out of helmets/armour or showing in any way, no Aker amps on belts, no neck seals hanging out, skin showing etc.

Please check and recheck that everything looks legit. Members and Wranglers on the day, please give each other a good look over before you begin trooping.

Further Details:
When signing up, please don't use your abbreviation (ie TK, TB etc). Use the name of your kit/character. This will make it easier for Apok to provide a character list for the organiser.

Tickets can be collected from outside Gate B on the day, which will provide access to the change rooms. POC will co-ordinate this, so please try and arrive at the time stated, so we can all go in together and Flashheart is not left waiting at the Gate for anyone.

Game kick-off is 4.35pm so they would love to have characters roaming the Stadium from 3:30pm as fans start arriving.

Brisbane Roar will be providing chaperones to walk around with the groups but we will still need wranglers.

On-field activity TBC and to be discussed once they know numbers and characters attending.

For any members who would like to stay for full length of match, tickets will be provided free of charge in a specific bay. However, please note that whenever fans enter the gates they will need to take off any masks to pass security.

Again, Please note: NO Blasters/Guns due to Stadium regulations. The team are confirming if lightsabers will be fine.

They can give us 2 car passes to make it easier with equipment, so if carpooling is an option, do it. Obviously equipment in car space permitting. You'll have to work this out between those attending.
