It's that time of year again! Time for the annual appearance at the Belmont Santa Studio.

The Studio would like members to appear as always to stand outside the house during the Christmas lights season.
Brandella Place always enters the 4KQ Christmas Lights competition and the street places as a finalist.

Santa will be taking photos inside the studio, fundraising for Bravehearts, and we're there for some extra entertainment for visitors coming to look at the lights.
