The Teddy Bear's Picnic is a community event that is a part of the Give Me 5 for Kid's Appeal (GM5FK). All funds from the GM5FK Appeal will go towards purchasing much needed equipment for the Children's Ward at the Toowoomba Hospital. In 2019, they are aiming to raise $150,000 with the Teddy Bear's Picnic contributing to this fundraising goal.

The Teddy Bear's Picnic is held at Queen's Park and is open to all members of the public. They are expecting around 500 people to attend including families with children aged between 0 - 8 years old.
The picnic and entertainment will commence at 10am and will close at 1pm.

There will be entertainment on the main stage with guest appearances from popular children characters as well as many of Toowoomba's local talented performers. They would love this event to be family - friendly and interactive and would love to have Redback's roaming the park interacting with the crowd throughout the duration of the event.
