Further Details:
This is a school event - but not a fete.

FraserPop is the Fraser Coast regions pop culture festival/expo. This event will not only tap into the local market but also state and national.

We have attended the first 2 years that this event has been run and this year will be bigger again.

Those of you who have trooped this event previously know that it is a fairly relaxed event, where we still try and mimic the larger cons in the way that we like to have characters at the stand and raffle table constantly but we do have a bit more freedom to also roam around the event shaking the tins for charity on the go, whilst posing for photo's and generally having fun with the public.

Held at Heritage Maryborough State High School, it will provide a completely different and unique experience to your traditional festival/expo.

Furthermore, this event also presents a real life, exciting experience for Maryborough State High School Diploma in Business students to implement the skills and knowledge they have learnt throughout the course, with the students leading the way with every logistical aspect including marketing, design and timetabling.

This festival/expo is not about the school making money, it is about a real life experience for their students and an opportunity to introduce a new and exciting event to the Fraser Coast region.
