They'd love to have members of the Garrison attend the annual Star Party.

Lots of families attend as they watch the stars and host fun, informative talks. Gilmore Space loans replica space shuttles for kids (of all ages) to check out and the local rocket club lets off about 10 rockets over the afternoon/evening.

It's a low cost event for the community to attend: entry is about $10 per adult (kids under 12 are free) and there is plenty to see. The local rotary club serves food to raise money and in previous years we have raised money by donations to Camp Crystal.

They are making the Star Party bigger and better in 2019 and would love to have members of the 501st walking around.

As they are a not-for-profit club, they can't afford to donate directly but are happy to have donation boxes at the club entry and stall and the Garrison members would also be welcome to have collection tins when meeting attendees.
