Web Forum Updates

Forum has now been updated to the latest versions - and a lot of old, insecure plugins have been cancelled.

While there's not a great deal of personally identifyable information on this forum, i'd prefer not to have to report a data breach!

We still have a glitch with smilies - but everything else should still be okidoke.
