there shouldnt be, all of it goes via the request an event form on the main page.

Uh, when I go to add my name to an event it says I do not have permission for this page.
Its not to add an event its just to sign up to one.

Beanie has been working on a custom permissions set, so there may be some small kinks that need to be ironed out.
Can you try again now? If you get an error, can you copy+paste it here?

When I click on the DW Mixer event I get a box come up with this msg:

I've found that the quote function doesn't work anymore. When I tried to quote someone in went to the message box but with out the quoted text.
