Starlight Week Zing and EB Games, Mackay - Nighthawk - 13-05-2018 Date : Saturday May 5th and Sunday May 6th, 2018 Venue : Caneland Central, Mackay Time : 9.00am - 4.00pm Mission : Joining other cosplayers and the Zing and EB Games crew as part of their annual fundraiser for Starlight Foundation Rebel Legion Attendance : Nighthawk 501st Attendance: TripleSix pecklez Gix Grimlee_TheSkald Xmex Funds raised: TBC Details : After clogging up the space in front of the shop last year, Canelands gave Zing an open space next to the food court this time around, which meant heaps of room for an Iron Throne and lots of photo opportunities. As well as our 501st/RL presence we had the crew from MagnetiCon (Townsville) dressed variously as Loki, Darth Revan and Rapunzel, and the Zing crew who were all in GoT costumes. Photos were taken, cans were rattled, prizes were raffled and auctioned and a good (but tiring) time was had by all. Looking forward to going bigger and better again next year.
