Deciding is always the hardest part, so many good costumes to choose!
Definitely check out the CRL's on the main Rebel Legion site - http://www.rebellegion.com/costume-standards, if you haven't done so already.
If you get a chance drop by the Tython Base Forum for your local Base members, at www.rebellegion.com.au. They'll probably have more localised expertise, and be able to help you source local makers of parts/materials etc.
