Big Boys Toys Expo - TripleSix - 20-09-2016 Date: 17th and 18th Sept Venue: Mackay showgrounds Time: 08.30 Sat until 16.00 Sun Mission: To raise funds and have fun Rebel Attendance: nix666, Xmez Support Crew: Peckles (redbacks) Detail: A motley crew of both Redbacks and Rebel legion members descended on the Mackay show grounds not knowing what to expect. Inside we found our spacious change areas and lots and lots of giant vehicles, machinery and big boys toys. I was one happy Jawa. Wading through the crowds of visitors we were all very well accepted by all expect a small little girl who ran in absolute terror as soon as she saw the looming sand dwellers moving her way. Despite the painful heat only match by that on Tatooine and humidity we pushed through and completed both days without incident (Except for fireman Sam who had to be taken away with heat exhaustion) All in all our group looked after each other and everyone had fun!
